The information relating to the behavior resulting from the COVID-19 epidemic, based on the provisions in force, may undergo changes, more or less restrictive, at any time.

 

Safety

Information on health safety and on the provisions provided for by current legislation

Behavior in case of fever and/or respiratory symptoms

In the event of fever and/or respiratory infection symptoms, the Management must be promptly notified.
The communication must be made by telephone to the Reception.
In order to minimize the risk of contagion, while waiting for the arrival of the health professionals, the following measures must be taken:
– The client will wear a surgical mask
– The client will not have any contact with other people
– The client will remain in his/her room with the door closed ensuring the adequate natural ventilation; the air conditioning system will be excluded, and a fan will be provided
– Any forms of assistance, connected to unspeakable needs, will be carried out by people who will use the appropriate personal protective equipment
– It will be the client’s responsibility to eliminate the used paper tissues in the waterproof bag provided.

How do Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner work?

BREAKFAST
This year there will be no Breakfast Buffet which will be replaced by the Breakfast Menu.
This is the only change. Nothing has changed regarding the variety of foods and drinks.
Everything will be served at the table by the dining room staff.

LUNCH AND DINNER
As usual, table service with “à la carte” menu.

DRINKS
The drinks will be served in cans, 1/2 liter bottles, or – for the house wine – in 1/4 or 1/2 liter carafes.
Other wines will be served in the bottle.
Guests are asked to bring any cans and bottles with them at the end of the meal.
Everything that remains on the table must be thrown away.

BREAD
The table will be prepared with 1 bread roll per person. Guests are kindly requested to order more bread to the dining room staff.

OIL CRUET – SALT SHAKER
Each table is assigned to one Guest (or group of guests).
Each table is equipped with an oil cruet and a salt shaker which are for the exclusive use of that table for the entire duration of the Guest’s (or group of guests) stay.

How will the check-in and the reception work?

The reception will only be open from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Check-in is only possible during this time.
1 person per room, or 1 person for groups of rooms.
Presentation of documents for inspection with the copy sent.
Payment of the stay, or collection of the receipt in case of advance payment.
There will be no night watchman: from 09:00 PM to 10:00 AM for all emergencies please call the Emergency number 112 who answers in 14 languages.

What are the general rules of conduct for the safety of guests?

It is mandatory to keep a safe distance in all areas of the hotel, to wash/disinfect hands where, as and when required, to minimize contact between people and, only for staff, obligation to wear masks and gloves, as required by the tasks performed.
In the corridors, we count on good manners and mutual respect, that is, to give way to those who already occupy that space to access their room or the elevator.
It is mandatory to observe all indications/information (signs).
It is mandatory to observe the routes (entrance – exit) and waiting areas, which have been designed to minimize contact between all people, and which are well signposted by specific signs.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Masks, disposable gloves and surface disinfectant will be available – for a fee – to guests who request it.

What is sanitization?

Sanitizing means cleaning and subsequent disinfection with steam at 100° for mattresses and pillows, with a solution of sodium hypochlorite and/or with ethyl alcohol on the surfaces.

The air conditioning systems are sanitized according to Legionella Prevention Regulations and ISS COVID-19 Report no. 21/2020 – Version of May 3, 2020 “Guide for the prevention of Legionella contamination in the water systems of tourist accommodation facilities, and other buildings for civil and industrial use not used during the COVID-19 pandemic”

What is the expected behavior in the different areas of the hotel?

ROOMS
The rooms will not have: rugs, decorative pillows and furnishings.
The rooms are sanitized as per protocol at each arrival.
The rooms are rearranged as usual during the stay.
Customers are forbidden to enter the room during the daily cleaning.
The guest is entitled to request that during the stay the cleaning staff do not enter the room.
The linen is always subject to sanitization (washing at 60° with appropriate detergent and sodium hypochlorite; drying at 90° and, where provided, ironing at 180°).

ELEVATOR
It is mandatory to wait for the lift in the waiting area.
It is mandatory to always sanitize the hands – with the appropriate alcohol-based gel made available – before entering the elevator.
1 person at a time, or more people if they occupy the same room, up to a maximum capacity of 4 people.

HOTEL’S COMMON AREAS
They are sanitized 2 times a day as per protocol, and in any case with an appropriate frequency following the crowding during the day.
In the corridors, we count on good manners and mutual respect, that is, to give way to those who already occupy that space to access their room or the elevator.
It is mandatory to sanitize the hands before accessing and also when leaving the toilets of the common areas; however, we recommend to use the toilet in your room.

BAR-RESTAURANT
All services will be strictly at the table, customers are prohibited from approaching the food / drink preparation areas.
Given the spaces of the structure, there are no staggered entrances to the dining rooms.
The customer has the right to request, in advance, the breakfast/lunch box.
Disposable products will be used (sachets of salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.), possibly disposable tablecloths and napkins, and dishes and tableware that can be washed in the dishwasher, i.e. sanitized thanks to the detergent and high temperature.

TAKE-AWAY
In the event of a request for takeaway food, the food is prepared according to current health and hygiene standards by personnel equipped with a mask and gloves, and is delivered to guests in suitable disposable containers, carefully closed, in order to avoid accidental spillage of material.

BICYCLES
Are sanitized after each use with chloroactive bactericide.

Which are the rules for the beach access and sun umbrellas?

The spaces will be redistributed.
The sun umbrellas will be arranged in such a way as to guarantee everyone’s interpersonal distance and health.
The utmost attention will be paid to avoid promiscuity and gatherings.
The maximum number of people allowed per sun umbrella is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Stopping/standing the shore will not be allowed.
Walking on the shore is allowed.
There will be no unattended stretches of beach or unattended free beaches.
In addition to the bathrooms and showers, sun umbrellas, chairs and long chairs will also be sanitized.
The hotel is not given the quota for this year, but it will have to request the sun umbrellas upon confirmation of the booking.
For reservations made in advance: the hotel can and will request the proximity of the umbrella to the beach in front of the hotel.
For last minute bookings: the hotel cannot guarantee (1) the availability of sun umbrellas, (2) their proximity to the beach in front of the hotel.

Have the booking methods changed?

BOKING
In order to reduce contacts between staff and guests and to reduce the check-in times:
– Sending of a copy of the documents that will be presented upon check-in
– Sending of a signed copy of the information on personal data
– Sending of a signed copy of the COVID-19 information
– If booking multiple rooms, sending of the room list and copy of all documents (babies / children included).
– Deposit or – where applicable – advance payment.

CANCELLATION
Change of period or Voucher valid for 18 months.
